We initially thought this place would have a cafeteria vibe, but it turned out to be a modern Taiwanese restaurant. The name on the wall reads "Jinan Xiao Long Bao." While the prices are a bit high, the taste isn't particularly unique or extraordinary. It's just good and adequate. This restaurant is clean and has cute interiors.

Cash only, and they add a 10% fee to eat inside. We came an hour or hour and half before closing. The table wasn’t cleaned well and the staff wasn’t too friendly. The food was good though. Ordered 2 dumplings, taro rolls and a vegetable.

I think the food here is better than Ding Tai Fung, price is also a bit friendlier, soup dumplings are very soupy and delicious, maybe one minor compliant I can give is the service, I think the staff can be a bit more attentive. But overall a good experience here and will definitely revisit. Came back after their renovation in 2023, few signature dishes were removed from menu, food quality was still good and tasty, but somehow felt that it was not the same as it used to be.

Our Taiwanese friends took us there. They are similar to the famous steam dumpling chained restaurants. But the good thing is, it not crowded and we got a private room. The food is great, everything we tried was delicious.

Ordered 4 items for dinner. House pork soup dumpling, loofah and shrimp soup dumpling, stir fried water lotus, steam loofah and class. I appreciate the soup dumplings that serve hot, unlike a well-known restaurant in taiwan. The pork didn't have clean pork taste as set forth by Din Tai Fung. Soup dumplings have plenty of broth and thin skin all around. The loofah and shrimp on the first bite were great. Then, I find the item lack consistency. Not every dumpling had a shrimp or very small amount that generates great taste. The other two items had a very clean taste. Overall, it was a very pleasant meal.

Delicious for all kinds of dumpling, reasonable price with large quantities, besides, yummy spice and sour soup, all ingredients are fresh, add some vinegar…must try!
